What a week, huh? We swear it's a
coincidence that we're putting up a podcast about being happy
during a week when a lot of
us are so miserable. But Amelia DID change her mind about calling
this episode "Get Happy, Stupid!" so we all won, in a way.
Some people are just determined to
be DOWN all the time, you know? Maybe you feel like happiness isn't
real because you don't think
you can be happy. We think you're just doing it wrong. And we know
stuff, because we've been
around the block a few thousand times. We learned the hard way how
to avoid drowning in sadness and self-pity. Let's get out of the bitter barn and play
in the hay!
